This is hands down the best Lexus dealership. I’ve been a Lexus owner for over 23 years, and Fort Myers Lexus has the best customer service—from sales to service. I got my first Lexus RX 300 in California from Longo Lexus, then went to Santa Monica Lexus for my NX 200t and got my RX 450h from TO Lexus (where I also had all my service work done). After moving to Naples, I bought my RX 350 here last year, and they’ve been awesome. Great people. I would drive to Fort Myers just for service even though there’s another Lexus dealership less than 7 miles from my house. The customer service here is simply the best. Shoutout to Dale- sales and Michael M- service.

We recently purchased a used Lexus and realized about 10 days afterwards that there was a small tear in the front passenger’s seat. I contacted our sales person, Brandon McAvoy, who asked that I forward a photo. He called me back the next day and informed me that they have an upholstery tech who comes in on Tuesdays and would I like to make an appointment which I did. I arrived and was greeted immediately by Jose (Brandon is off on Tuesdays) and we went to check the vehicle. He indicated that it would be a simple repair and did I want to meet the technician. Dakota of Front Line Ready not only checked the tear but also looked over the vehicle to see if there were any other issues. He indicated that it would take about 60 to 75 minutes to complete. 80 minutes later my car was done, not only timely but perfectly. Everyone we have dealt with at this dealership has been pleasant, helpful and professional.

So when I decided to trade-in my pristine RX 350 for a new NX 350h my fourth Lexus car I wouldn't go anywhere else but Lexus of Fort Myers. Love the Lexus cars - so many safety features, dependable and attractive! Except for locating the exact car I wanted, the purchase process was amazingly easy and everyone involved in the process was great.
