Myers service began with my Service Advisor, Dan Hoffman, who was extremely courteous, and provided me and my wife with an efficient write up and explanation of all the requested services and pricing, as well as a loaner, since the service duration was expected to be lengthy. We received periodic updates on the service status as well as the results of the vehicle inspection, and was notified when the car was washed and ready for pickup. The checkout and payment process was easy and efficient. All in all you couldn’t have wanted a better service experience.
